Terms and Conditions of Use
By using the services of Al-Rehaili Car Rental (Sons of Nahar Jazi Al-Rehaili Trading Co.), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Eligibility

1.1 Minimum age for renters is 21 years.
1.2 The following documents are required:

• Valid Driving License within Saudi Arabia
• Valid ID / Iqama
  1.3 The company reserves the right to refuse rental without providing reasons.

2. Reservations & Cancellation

2.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete information.
2.2 Bookings are confirmed only after payment or official approval by the company.
2.3 Cancellation fees:

• Free within the specified period
• Fees apply after the free cancellation period according to company policy

3. Vehicle Usage

3.1 Customers must comply with Saudi traffic laws.
3.2 The following are strictly prohibited:

• Driving outside Saudi Arabia without prior approval
• Using the vehicle in races or unauthorized applications
• Allowing anyone not listed in the rental agreement to drive
  3.3 Customers are fully responsible for any misuse of the vehicle.

4. Insurance & Liability

4.1 All vehicles include basic insurance coverage.
4.2 Customers are responsible for the deductible as stated in the rental agreement.
4.3 Insurance becomes void in the following cases:

• Driving under the influence of prohibited substances
• Unauthorized use of the vehicle
• Failure to report an accident
  4.4 The company may hold a refundable security deposit.

5. Accidents & Procedures

5.1 Any accident or damage must be reported immediately to:

• Najm
• Traffic Police
• Al-Rehaili Car Rental
  5.2 The vehicle must not be moved before proper documentation.
  5.3 Customers are responsible for any violations of procedures.

6. Violations & Fees

6.1 Customers are responsible for all traffic violations during the rental period.
6.2 The company may charge for:

• Fines and penalties
• Administrative fees
• Vehicle damages
  6.3 Additional charges may include:
• Late return fees
• Fuel charges
• Cleaning fees
• Internal vehicle damages

7. GPS Tracking

7.1 Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking systems.
7.2 Purpose of tracking:

• Vehicle protection
• Service improvement
• Fleet management

8. Payment & Authorization

8.1 Customers authorize the company to charge any outstanding amounts from the provided payment method.
8.2 This includes any charges after the rental period.
8.3 All transactions are subject to financial audit.

9. Refund Policy

9.1 Refund Before Rental Start

• Customers are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is made before the pickup time within the free cancellation period.
• After the free period, cancellation fees will apply.

9.2 Refund After Rental Start

• No refund will be issued for unused rental days after vehicle pickup, except in exceptional cases approved by the company.
• Early return may result in administrative fees or contract repricing.

9.3 Special Cases

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

• Vehicle breakdown that cannot be repaired or replaced
• Vehicle unavailability
• Booking or pricing errors by the company

In such cases, the company may:

• Provide a replacement vehicle
• Or issue a partial or full refund

9.4 Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 5–14 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

9.5 Non-Refundable Fees

• Administrative fees
• Delivery fees (if applicable)
• Additional insurance after rental start
• Any consumed services

9.6 Security Deposit

• The security deposit will be refunded after contract closure, after deducting:
  • Traffic violations
  • Damages
  • Any outstanding charges
• Refund timing depends on the bank (typically 7–14 business days).

10. Data & Marketing

10.1 Customers consent to the collection and processing of their data in accordance with Saudi PDPL regulations.
10.2 Customers explicitly agree to receive:

• Marketing messages
• Promotions and offers
• In-app notifications
  10.3 Customers may opt out at any time.
  10.4 Data may be shared with:
• Payment providers
• Insurance companies
• Government authorities when required

11. Privacy

We are committed to protecting customer data and using it only for specified purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved by the company.

13. Modifications

The company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
